Deals on Wheels

Ben and Summer Deal ran together in high school, but didn't start dating until Summer was out of college. A couple of weeks after they started "talking" Summer signed up for her first triathlon in order to impress Ben. Needless to say, it worked. They both come from running backgrounds, but found that triathlon offered more training diversity and less risk of injury. After a three year stent in Albuquerque, NM, they have recently moved back to Charlottesville, VA in order to focus their careers in triathlon. Summer is a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Public Health and Ben graduated with a degree in film from Columbia University . They found a love of triathlon together, and became pro's after getting married. Summer is a triathlon/multisport coach through Good Stuff Coaching, and enjoys working with athletes of all background and abilities. They've got a great 1985 Dodge camper van too, and love to camp and train out in nature whenever possible.
